About This Content Bombs Away! The Bomb Heists DLC is the 15th DLC pack for PAYDAY 2 and adds the first two heists from the new contact known as the Butcher. It's bombs away as you help the Butcher succeed with the heists Dockyard and Forest as a part of the Bomb job. ith the Bomb Heists being released, we’re excited to share what Lion Game Lion have been working on as their first DLC for PAYDAY 2. Everyone at OVERKILL and Lion Game Lion look forward to hear what the community thinks after you’ve played the new content! Together with the Bomb heists, you also get one new pistol, four new masks with four materials and patterns. 11 new achievements have also been added to give you that extra challenge.Key Features•Introducing the Butcher – Brought to life by Mila Furlan, The Butcher's business is weapons - their procurement, sale and distribution. With Gage on an "extended vacation", she is looking forward to a long and fruitful business relationship with Bain and the PAYDAY gang.•Two all-new heists – This heist will be a little different. Instead of money, this time we will be snatching something a little more more explosive, if you'll pardon the pun. The Butcher has tasked us to steal a thermobaric bomb that is being sent to Norfolk to be decommissioned. And unlike our previous heists, we can approach this job in two very different ways - in two very different heists. •The Dockyard Heist – If we choose to intercept, bear in mind that the port authority is taking the utmost precautions in ensuring that the transfer proceeds smoothly. The courteous people at Gensec are expected to attend as well. So the smart thing would be to avoid detection, and try to steal the bomb from under their noses. If that fails, you can always brute-force your way to into the ship, just be prepared deal with the best or worst Gensec's security has to offer. I will be frank with you, bot approaches won`t be a walk in the park but let`s just say that if you actually manage to succeed to complete this heist without alerting anyone that you will be in The Butcher's good graces. •The Forest Heist – The other plan is to throw caution to the wind, and derail the train as it is transporting the bomb. The wagon housing the bomb is well equipped to handle violent shocks, so don't worry about the bomb detonating prematurely. Worry about the accompanying police force that will try to repossess the bomb once they learn that we are trying to steal it. We will have a small time-advantage because unlike them, we will be prepared. Your task will be to find the wagon housing the bomb, open the wagon, dismantle the bomb, and finally - secure an exit point. You will have to decide which exit point you want during during pre-planning. •A new secondary pistol – The Leo pistol is a semi-automatic pistol that is polymer-framed and striker-fired. It is used by both the Croatian military and law enforcement. So you can consider using a police pistol to break the law as a form of bizarre poetic justice. At the very least, if the cops find any shells laying on the ground after a heist they will first be on the lookout for a renegade Croatian cop, so you can rest a little easier.•4 new masks – The Butcher from Hell, Lady Butcher, Tech Lion and The Doctor - four creepy masks best served cold.•4 new patterns – Four new patterns created by Lion Game Lion.•4 materials – Four new materials have been added to the game. A bit different from what OVERKILL usually does, eh?•11 achievements – A whopping 11 new achievements have been added to test the skill of you and your crew. 7aa9394dea Title: PAYDAY 2: The Bomb HeistsGenre: Action, RPGDeveloper:Lion Game Lion, OVERKILL - a Starbreeze Studio.Publisher:505 GamesRelease Date: 22 Jan, 2015 PAYDAY 2: The Bomb Heists Crack Unlock Code payday 2 bomb heist keycard locations. payday 2 the bomb heists achievements. payday 2 bomb heist forest. payday 2 bomb heist dockyard crowbar. payday 2 bomb heist dockyard keycard locations. payday 2 bomb heist dockyard crowbar locations. payday 2 the bomb heists dlc. payday 2 bomb heist trailer song. payday 2 bomb heist достижения. payday 2 the bomb heists Nice work by Overkill!2 new heists:-The Bomb: DockyardSteathable heistYou have to steal a big Bomb from a ship named Moretta.Open the gate with 2 keycards, find GPS data, call Moretta's captain to move her, transfer GPS data through a pc et voilà: open the right container and there it is: the big red bomb.Secure it and escape. If you wanna see how this map is:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CT8-AeiUV-E&list=PLyG6ChVDK4OfNKjo_N0WwySSsZu5U4ora&index=18-The Bomb: ForestNon Stealthable heistA wrecked train by explosives. The Dockyard Bomb Heist is a pretty good loud and stealth mission, while The Forest Bomb Heist is a refreshing change in scenery and style. While the difficulty seems to be a little easy, it still provides a decent level of fun. The pre-planning is more varied than other missions which have it available. As for achievements, they appear fairly easy excluding the usual Deathwish difficulty. One gripe that I have is that both missions are really big so you can become disoriented at times. The LEO Pistol (HS2000 IRL) has decent stats for what it is. They are somewhat similar to the Chimano Compact except the LEO has a much larger magazine but lower damage. The lack of available attachments for the LEO hurt it overall since the only things that really have any variance from other pistols is an extended magazine and two slides. Is this DLC worth $7? That entirely depends on how much you want some change in your maps. The maps don't have that much replay value and the weapon is certainly not a deciding factor.Overall, I would recommend the DLC but wait for it to drop in price.. The Bomb heists are a new and challenging addition to the collection of robbery scenarios already in the game. It features a new contractor, the Butcher, played by Mira Furlan, two new heists, 11 achievements and new masks and materials. The Bomb: Dockyard Heist:PRO- New map (not re-used)- Feels longer and more interactive- Preplanning is different with additional ways to get things done- Stealth or loudCONSNone as of yetThe Bomb: Forest HeistPRO-New map (not re-used)- Preplanning is also different- Lot of things to do (example: cut down tree's so plane can land)- Feels more interactiveCONS- A lot of snipersWhile this DLC is great and feels more fresh it can be very challenging at times especially with the ammount of snipers on the Forest Heist. But all of that justt creates a wall that you really wantto smash through. Who said heisting was easy?Overkill and Lion Games Lion have really listened to the community and delivered an exciting new way to have heists (not for money, hijacking bombs) and I feel we will have a lot more interesting contracts from the Butcher.. HOLY♥♥♥♥♥♥2 Camera rooms!!!Has science gone too far?Uninstalling now!!! Too damn hardcore for me...EDIT 4: Made a video about it, for those who want to do Dockyard Heist on DW.Hope you guys like it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rX3YErpf-EEDIT: Now that I completed the Dockyard Heist on DW Stealth, I can give you my review on it.The heist WILL test your skills in how do you do the objectives stealthily, this heist might make Shadow Raid a kindergarten.Inside the Dockyard there will be 18 guard, plus a crapload of civilians that needs to be controlled or dodged altogheter, if not dodged... You might get detected, the good news? You have a second chance or more since they are civvies... The bad news? That scaredy civvie might cause a chain reaction between civvies and guards, allowing the entire crew to fail the contract or waste your pagers as fast as you can say... "Shitballs, my bad..."Please... PLEASE, for the love of God... If you are reading this... PLEASE... Don't go on Deathwish expecting somebody to carry you for the achievement or the gold given at the end... The reward is HUGE for collecting the parts only... At least 7 or 8 millions offshore, 1.5 millions normal cash, and the experience given is almost a million... But it's not worth it if you have (with all due respect) DUMBASSES that get detected for simple things... I've seen this happening... a lot... and it's a waste of everybody's time if you ♥♥♥♥ it up...Please familiarize yourself with the map going on Normal or Hard, so you know what you have to do. Not going to lie, it's pretty hard and I liked the challenge of the map a lot... But please try to practice solo. That's my recommendation.Thank you.EDIT 2: Just got my achievement doing Forest on Death Wish, I can give my review about it too.The map will be a dream come true for those who want a really big map, where you can be a sniper, shooting to your enemies from afar, it's big enough that one or two gameplays will be needed to understand what you are doing, depending on which escape you want. There's a slight problem with the map, though... (And maybe some people are more affected than others...) When I first played the map, I was like... "Oh! Nice! You have to climb a big hill to get there!", but when you look down, some people who might not like heights or have a phobia to it, or something similar to it, will get dizzy, headaches and retching... For me, I got accustomed after the second gameplay, the map was more enjoyable... but for others, their problem remains... Not allowing them to play it at all...The map can be considered a short "Hoxton Breakout", due to the reward in Overkill being very similar to the former, almost 5 millions of offshore money and a million normal cash (Might need to edit this in a bit, I forgot how much was it actually...) and the exp given was almost a million... For a person owning this DLC, this map might become one of your favorites to grind, until you get the experience penalty. The music? I really love the music Overkill releases with each heist, I really love the "Cover Blown" build up until Assault, and obviously, the "Assault Wave" music. The map difficulty? I can pretty much say it's easier to do in Death Wish than any Transport variant... Why, you might ask? Simple... The map is so big that cops might take an eternity to cover entire terrains after they have cleared those areas from enemies... A bulldozer will be very lucky to reach you if you get to a defensive spot... (There are some spots to properly defend on Death Wish... not gonna say anything... it's a secret... shhh!)Exploiting the map against the cops, you can stay in a fading assault wave for far longer, as they start backing away from you... My longest stay in an assault wave like that was for like 3 or 4 minutes... enough for the water to fill the train, place the C4 to blow up the train and get the bomb parts in a bag... (The train inside is an excellent defensive spot... they can't get inside... ;) )As I said before... Please familiarize with the map objectives before attempting harder difficulties... You'll save yourself from yelling and rages from other players...Thank you.. I'm just going to state my gut feelings and work backwards from here:I honestly cannot bring myself to recommend this DLC, and if it keeps going like this, any future Payday DLC. And this is coming from a hardcore fan who has 400+ hours in-game.This DLC pack has something for everyone, one stealth (albiet able to be played in loud) heist and one loud-only heist. Overkill's offering has significantly improved since the slightly-iffy Diamond Heist. Only one caveat: It's pretty difficult. And that's an understatement. The Forest level is also unplayable for more than five minutes as a time as it induces nausea, and this is coming from someone who typically does not get such symptoms. I can play FPSs with 70 FOV and only get mild illness but the fact that the Forest map is ALWAYS at a angle that causes nausea for a lot of people is something that cannot be fixed without a major map alteration which won't happen. With a full team of experienced players, we still failed both levels. The cops relentlessly pile in while snipers, placed to provide the maximum amount of delicious tears murder players attempting to complete objectives. In most cases it's a toss-up between wanting to complete the objective or just kill ♥♥♥♥♥. While doing the Dockyard heist, which is the only one playable for me, for example, in loud, the first assault started and continued forever, not allowing any progress. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, however. Eventually, though, we died to a horde of bulldozers. The cops just keep coming, and the crazy insane amounts of snipers keep the pressure up continually, never really giving time for a breather. Some people might enjoy that, but I want to review for the non-hardcore gamer who does not have 5 infamy builds and uses the best CAR meta build. The masks are a solid A++, a good offering from Overkill. The pistol is excellent as well, but they are just the side piece rather than the main content. There's also a new melee weapon, (a cleaver) but it's almost identical in both model and function to the one from the Hotline Miami DLC. Better luck next time, Overkill. EDIT - Apparently the cleaver is from the Dragan DLC, not this one. Thanks John RAMbo!However, the masks are only unlockable by completing achievements, and some of these achievements are next to bloody impossible. Will people cheat for them? Hell, like they haven't cheated for most other things. Take this as a recommendation if you either enjoy Dark Souls levels masochism. I'm not even joking here; This map will aggressively punish you with its need to split you up, so if one of you goes down all the dominoes fall at once, so what gives the advantage here is pure FPS skill and not co-operation. I hasten to remind you that Payday is a co-op game.I am only rating this no as it's a significant departure from the comparatively easy rest of the game, and half of it is completely unplayable for me due to the aforementioned nausea. The maps are also way too large; there's a lot of un-needed filler buildings and space. A building should at least have a purpose, even if it is only to facilitate a transit through guard territory or a quick escape if everything goes♥♥♥♥♥♥up, not just copy pasted everywhere for the sheer hell of it.That's probably just to hide the Courier Packages in, though. Crafty buggers. The quality of the levels is high, however; in this DLC pack, Overkill stretch the visual fidelity of Diesel to its seeming limits, and everything looks very professional and made with love and care, but it seems they didn't QA test it with either the more casual players or a wide enough playerbase to see that the Forest causes nausea, which I definitely recommend Overkill do in the future to avoid this.TL;DRPros:A) Good looking mapsB) Nice gun, even though the Interceptor is always best pistolC) Masks are nice, butCons:A) They take way too long to unlock and some of the achievements are borderline sadisticB) There's a lot of "filler" in maps which makes them hard to traverseC) We have enough pistols, overkill. Seriously. Stop. Please. The selection of some other weapons such as revolvers is seriously anemic.EDIT 1: Woah, that's a lot of extra words.
